I can’t believe it. It’s already 2019! It’s impossible for me to fathom the idea because 2018 went by so quickly. I know many of you have goals to lose weight, but before you start your journey to a better version of yourself, I want to leave you with some words:
The road to better health starts from within you, and the way you see and feel about yourself is a crucial component to achieving your nutrition goals. If you see that you’ve been self-sabotaging, this is the first problem you must fix. I understand that we are all human, but you have the power to change your life. Having control over your thoughts, feelings, and actions will help you change destructive patterns and behaviors that cause you to make bad food decisions. Moreover, if you do have a lapse in judgment, I want you to understand that it’s okay to give yourself a break. We are imperfect. The harder you are with yourself, the worse it is for your physical and mental health. So forgive yourself. Love yourself, and the rest will follow. Make the most of 2019! Here we come!
