Green Tea Detox Smoothie:
serves: 2

dairy-free | egg-free | vegan

Ingredients
2 cups chilled green tea
(unsweetened)
2 cups chopped pineapples (fresh
or frozen)
1 lemon (1⁄2 juiced + 1⁄2 whole
lemon with skin)
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 avocado
2 scoops nondairy protein powder
2 pitted Medjool dates

Method
Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend on high for 2–3 minutes. Pour into 2 tall glasses and top with optional superfood boosters.

Optional Superfoods
Per Serving
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 teaspoon
unsweetened
shredded coconut
1 teaspoon chia seeds

milk, quinoa milk, or almond
milk)
1 banana, frozen
1 dragon fruit, peeled and
chopped
1 scoop nondairy protein powder
1 Persian cucumber
Juice of 1 lime
1⁄ 2 apple
1 pitted Medjool date
1⁄ 4 cup crushed ice

Method
Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend on high for 2–3 minutes. Pour into 2 glasses and top with superfood boosters.

1 teaspoon wheat germ
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
