I get bored eating the same things all the time, so I am always trying out new brands and different products to switch up my routine. In doing so I have discovered some amazing food finds that I am so excited to share with you. These products/companies have made it so easy to stick to a healthy lifestyle, so I hope that you try them out, and love them as much as I do!

Suja Juice
Suja offers cold-pressed organic juices in flavors like Carrot Crush, and Strawberry Balsamic. Their beverages are jam packed with fruits and veggies, not added sugar. If I need a mid-day pick-me-up or something refreshing to save me from the LA heat, I always reach for Suja. One of my favorites is the Ginger Turmeric Drinking Vinegar. This juice is so full of flavor, you would never guess that it’s only 25 calories. My team loves them too! At every meeting and film shoot I always set out juices for team members to stay healthy and hydrated. With such a wide selection of flavors, I know that there is something to satisfy everyone’s tastebuds.

Panorama Meats Company
Panorama Meats is a local company that specializes in organic, 100% grass-fed beef. One of the things I love about this company is that you can order your meat for delivery directly from their website. When I get busy and cannot find the time to shop at the grocery store, I know that I can still enjoy a fresh and nutritious source of protein with my meals. Panorama Meat has become such a staple in my home. My daughter and I absolutely love their products because they taste incredible, and their online service has taken the difficulty out of clean, healthy eating.
Although red meat has been criticized for increasing cholesterol and chances of heart disease, the right cuts of beef have a number of health benefits. Panorama Meat has lean options such as sirloin and eye round beef that are excellent sources of protein, iron, and immune-system strengthener B-12.

Primal Kitchen Bars
I love a good snack bar. They are portable, filling and so helpful when you need to fit in a snack on a busy day. Primal Kitchen offers a number of different bars, but my personal favorite is the Coconut Cashew Bar. This little snack is made with ingredients like pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cashews, and grass-fed collagen. While I was a little unsure about eating collagen at first, I learned that it helps keep skin looking youthful, and joints feeling mobile. Who wouldn’t love a bar that’s delicious AND improves the skin’s appearance? I also love that the Coconut Cashew bar is dairy-free and only contains 3 grams of sugar. It has all the perfect qualities of a food in one small package!

Milk and Eggs
I cannot praise Milk and Eggs enough. This grocery delivery service allows you to order online, and receive your food on your doorstep within 24 hours. On their website, you can pick and choose from their wide selection of fresh produce, breads, tapenades, etc. Milk and Eggs is perfect for busy people who don’t have time to shop at their local grocery stores. When I get swamped with work, I know that I can still order fresh and healthy food for myself and my daughter. Milk and Eggs is also great for shoot days. I call in an order the day before a shoot, and share their delicious products with my team so that they can remain full and happy while on set.
