BROCCOLI WITH TAHINI SAUCE: A HEALTHY H’ORDERVE

Ingredients:
• 3 cups broccoli florets (feel free to use brussel sprouts, chopped kale, or collard greens)

For Tahini Dressing:

• 4-5 Tbsp of Tahini paste

• 2 Tbsp of agave, coconut nectar, or raw honey

• 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (optional)

• 3-4 Tbsp water (more if needed)

• 2-3 cloves of minced garlic

Preparation:
1. In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients for the Tahini dressing and stir with a fork until

creamy.

2. Add broccoli and mix with your hands until all of them are coated

3. (Optional) Leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours for the broccoli to absorb the flavor
