A GOLD-MEDALIST STYLE BREAKFAST: A BERRY, COCONUT, AND KEFIR WINNER

Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup blueberries

• 1/2 Cup Strawberries

• 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

• 2 cups plain kefir

• 2 Tbsp hemp seeds

• 2 Tbsp chia seeds

• 2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

• 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Preparation:
1. In two medium bowls add all ingredients.
