Ingredients:
– 1 lb sweet potatoes
– ½ cup oats
– ½ cup raw cashews or almonds
– 1 tbsp cacao powder
– 7 tbsp coconut nectar or coconut sugar
– Pinch of sea salt
– 2 tbsp cacao nibs
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Peel sweet potatoes and steam or microwave until soft
3. In a high speed blender or food processor, add
almonds or cashews and blend until you get a flour
texture
4. Add oats and blend for another minute
5. Now add the sweet potatoes, cacao powder, coconut nectar sea salt, and cacao nibs. Blend one more time.
6. Place brownie mixture on baking pan and place in oven for 25 minutes
7. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes and cut into squares and enjoy this tasty dessert because you
finished your 3-day detox!
