Ingredients:
• 1 carrot
• 1 beet with stems
• bunch celery
• 1 cucumber ( I like Persian cucumbers)
• 1 apple ( green or red, it doesn’t matter)
• Ginger root, 2-3 inches Turmeric root, 2-3 inches Water, as needed
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to your high speed blender
2. Add water, and blend for a few minutes
3. Drink immediately.
