Superfood Sandwich

Sima_s Superfood Sandwich with Avocado, Garbanzo Beans, and Black Garlic (1)

Ingredients:
– 2 slices 100% whole wheat toast
– 3 tbsp Melissa’s Peeled and Steamed Garbanzo Beans
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 clove black garlic
– 2 slices of tomato
– 4-5 mint leaves
– 1/2 cup spinach
– 1 Persian cucumber
– ground black pepper
Method:
1. Assemble sandwich. Smear avocado
on one piece of toast.
2. Smash black garlic, add on top.
3. Add layer of garbanzo beans
4. Add tomatoes, spinach, and
cucumbers
5. Add black pepper to taste
6. Cover with second slice of bread
and enjoy!
