Avocado Toast with Chia Seeds

Ingredients:
– 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread
– 1/4 avocado
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– ground black pepper to taste

Method:
1. Mash your avocado with black
pepper and spread on toast
2. Add chia seed on top
3. Serve with a side of
arugula
