Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients:
• The inside from 1 Young Coconut
• 1 Apple
• 2 Cups Papaya
• 2 Tbsp raisins (or 2 Medjool Dates)
• 2 Tbsp. goji berries
• Coconut water ( or regular water)

Directions:
1. In a high speed blender or vitamix, add all ingredients and blend until all ingredients mixed
together.
