Ingredients:
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast fillets, chopped
• 1/2C basil leaves, thinly sliced
• 3 green onions, chopped small
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
• 1 C broccoli florets
• 1 carrot, sliced
• 6 Tbsp. low sodium chicken stock
• 1 Tbsp. agave
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
1. In a large wok or pan, heat olive oil over high heat. Add jalapeño and garlic, stir for 1 minute.
2. Add carrots and broccoli, and sauté for 3 more minutes.
3. Add chicken and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add basil and green onions, stir-fry for 1 minute.
5. In a small bowl, whisk brown sugar and chicken stock together. Pour into pan.
6. Cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
